Privacy
A small site with a deliberately small data footprint.
benbackx.com is a static website. It does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, session replay or client-side visitor tracking.
What the site collects
The site itself does not create visitor profiles or record page views and button clicks in a separate analytics service. That means I cannot identify individual visitors or produce a detailed funnel report from your browsing.
The site is delivered using Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront. As with most hosting and content-delivery infrastructure, Amazon may process technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser or device information and timestamps to deliver and protect the service. I do not maintain a separate visitor-log database.
When you contact me
If you choose to send an email or contact me through LinkedIn, you provide information directly to that service and to me. I use it to read and respond to the enquiry, and may retain the correspondence where it remains relevant to an ongoing professional conversation or normal business records.
External links
This site links to LinkedIn, GoUpscale, Baxnet Technologies, app stores, publications and other source material. Once you follow an external link, the destination's own privacy practices apply and it may receive standard request information from your browser.
Retention and questions
Because no site analytics service is enabled, there is no behavioural analytics dataset for me to retain or delete. Infrastructure providers and external services retain operational data under their own service practices. If you have a question about information you sent directly, email press@baxnettechnologies.com.
