What I’m building now.

Two different product areas connected by the same question: how can difficult data become useful intelligence without losing sight of the person it belongs to?

The problem

Wealth management still depends on trusted human relationships. Yet the reports, factsheets and market insight supporting those relationships are often static, generic or difficult for client-facing teams to use at speed.

What we are building

GoUpscale transforms existing wealth and asset-management content into audience-ready digital experiences. It gives relationship managers and advisers a practical way to find, adapt and share content, then understand how clients engage with it.

My work

As co-founder and CTO, I work across the product and engineering systems behind content intelligence, digital distribution, AI-assisted transformation and engagement analytics.

From approved source material to a client-ready experience.

Relationship teams can select existing institutional content, share it through a trackable digital experience and see how clients engage — without rebuilding the material from a blank page.

Personal intelligence, beginning with private conversations.

What it does today

Mimoto works with the private and group conversations a person chooses to analyse. It turns that history into inspectable patterns, relationship dynamics and context that ordinary messaging apps leave buried in the archive.

Why conversations come first

Messages contain an unusually rich record of relationships, preferences, decisions, recurring subjects and changing behaviour. They are the starting point for personal intelligence, not its ultimate boundary.

Where it can lead

The longer-term ambition is a persistent, private and portable understanding that helps whichever AI a person chooses act with better context. Today’s analysis remains on the user’s own device.

Real output · Key Insights

Patterns a person can inspect, not a black-box verdict.

Mimoto turns a chosen message archive into specific, reviewable signals — such as changes in questions, encouragement, shared links and response habits — while keeping analysis on the user’s device.

Private by architectureMessage contents are processed locally, not uploaded for analysis.

One underlying thesis

Useful intelligence should stay connected to the person it is meant to help.

GoUpscale asks how institutions can turn complex content and client behaviour into better relationship intelligence.

Mimoto asks how individuals can turn private history into useful, persistent understanding they control.

Baxnet explores where that leads next: personal intelligence, private AI, data ownership and context that can move between AI systems without giving each one unrestricted access to a person’s history.
